GreatX is a blockchain-based real estate investment platform that enables fractional ownership of tokenized property assets through a stablecoin-driven ecosystem. We serve both retail and institutional investors.

GreatX is open to verified retail investors and qualified institutional investors. Eligibility depends on your jurisdiction — US investors are onboarded under Reg D, while UAE investors are onboarded through our VARA-licensed partner, Scintilla.

Rewards are generated through rental income, property appreciation, and profit sharing from the underlying real estate assets. A base yield of 8% per annum is accrued daily to your account, with additional variable returns from property performance.

Sign up with your name, email, and phone number. Complete the KYC verification process, then fund your account with USD-1 stablecoin. Once funded, you can browse properties and start investing immediately.

USD-1 is the stablecoin used within the GreatX ecosystem. It is pegged 1:1 to the US dollar and held in BitGo custodial wallets. You acquire USD-1 through supported channels including bank transfer, wire, or connected wallet.

GreatX Receipts are digital tokens issued on a 1:1 basis against USD-1 deposits. They serve as the transactional token within the platform, enabling property purchases, yield accrual, compounding, looping, and redemption.

The minimum investment varies by property and is displayed on each property listing. Each property has between 1 and 99 available investment slots, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Compounding automatically reinvests your earned yields back into property equity or stablecoin positions, growing your returns over time. Investors who opted in to compounding during onboarding can benefit from enhanced cumulative returns.

Looping allows you to borrow stablecoins against your locked GR tokens via Dolomite, then reinvest those borrowed funds for additional yield. Retail investors can loop up to 3 times, subject to LTV limits.

Your assets are held in institutional-grade BitGo custodial wallets with multi-signature security. All transactions are recorded on-chain for full auditability. The platform undergoes annual third-party penetration testing and is OWASP Top 10 compliant.

GreatX operates within applicable regulatory frameworks. US investors are served under Reg D provisions. UAE investors are onboarded through Scintilla, a VARA-licensed broker-dealer. Institutional investors access the platform through Templum's licensed ATS.
